Multi-Student Discount
10% discount off of tuition for the 2nd child and each additional child thereafter. Multi-student discounts do notapply to the PK3 & PK4 programs.
Extended Care
$220.00 per month (3:00 to 5:30 p.m.), added to monthly tuition payments. There is no charge for morning Before Care for elementary students from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. AfterCare is for Elementary School students only and is added to monthly ACH tuition payments.
Additional Fees
- Application Fee (new students applying for admission, due with Application for Enrollment Form) — $25 per student
- Enrollment Fee / Blackbaud Tuition Management Account Fee (all students, annual) — $250 for the first student / $25 for each additional student
- Book Rental & Activities Fee (due July 1, 2025; all students, annual):
- PK3 & PK4 — $200 per student
- K5–5th Grade — $330 per student
- 6th–8th Grades — $495 per student
- 9th–12th Grades — $605 per student
The Book Rental & Activities fee covers textbooks (consumable and non-consumable), student insurance, yearbook, standardized testing, student ID, accreditation fee, technology fee, elementary classroom supply fee, and lab fee. Enrollment and Book Rental & Activities fees are annual and non-refundable.
Tuition Payment Options
Tuition payment options are provided through the Blackbaud Smart Tuition Payment Management System. The entire semester's tuition and fees are not prorated or refundable in the case of withdrawal and are due in full at the time of withdrawal. Refer to the Enrollment and Financial Contract for the policy.
Payment Option #1 — Monthly
- Terms: Choose either 10 or 12 monthly payments, starting in July (July through June for 12-month payments, or August through May for 10-month payments).
- Date: Choose a payment date of the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, or 31st of the month.
- Method: Automatic bank draft (ACH) from a checking or savings account. Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) may be used and will incur a convenience fee.
Payment Option #2 — Two Half Payments
Pay the first half of the tuition on July 1st and the second half on December 1st.
Payment Option #3 — Full Payment
You may make payment of tuition in full (due July 1st).
